Pink Floyd are one of Rock music's most successful and influential acts. They have sold an estimated 73,5 million albums in the U.S. and over 200 million worldwide.
From their psychedelic beginnings in the late 1960s, led by the late genius Syd Barrett who, due to his increasingly erratic behaviour, was eventually replaced by David Gilmour.
The band then recorded a number of elaborate concept albums, achieving worldwide success with 1973's Dark Side Of The Moon which changed the course of music for ever.
Shine On consists of extensive, in depth interviews, with David Gilmour, Nick Mason, Rick Wright and Roger Waters discussing all aspects of the band and their fasinating history.
