The Spencer Davis Gruop built a name and reputation forty years ago that has lasted to the present day. They have travelled around the world bringing these classic songs to succeeding generations of fans in dynamic live performance. The sounds of the Spencer Davis Group are always available on whatever the sound-carrier of the moment is, and they constantly crop up in Hollywood movies like "Mr. Destiny", "Days of Thunder", "Big Chill", "Mr. Holland's opus", "Striptease", "Sleepers" and "Notting Hill". The songs have been covered by many artists but notably Chicago (I'm A Man) and the Blues Brothers (Gimme Some Lovin').
