A Castrol Classic - Grand Prix of Austria 1972 - Michl Technik

The 1972 Austrian GP, held at the ultra-fast Osterreichring circuit, saw 100,000 spectators in attendance to watch the fastest race of the GP year. In a season which saw a four way battle for honours between Emerson Fittipaldi, Jackie Stewart, Jackie Ickx and Denny Hulme, the title was destined to go to Emerson Fittipaldi, at 25 the youngest ever car World Champion.
