Handlung und Filmbeschreibung:
The Formula One British Grand Prix is one of the summer’s sporting highlights and to celebrate the 2010 event, Duke is looking back at one of the greatest F1 races the nation has hosted in British Grand Prix 1964.
The DVD features two rarely seen, action-packed archive films from 1964, one examining the race and the other providing a unique insight into the lives of four leading drivers away from the GP track
The films are from the BP Video Library, and this DVD is part of a series of releases from this extensive archive. Each title stands alone, but many enthusiasts will wish to collect the entire BP Video Library collection
Time Between is an extraordinary fly-on-the-wall documentary following Graham Hill, Bruce McLaren, Innes Ireland and Mike Hailwood for 13 days from the end of the 1964 French Grand Prix at Rouen to the start of the British GP at Brands Hatch. Rare black-and-white footage shows these four greats away from the track, attending business meetings, pursuing their own interests and even filling the downtime between races with some more racing
European Grand Prix 1964 features action from the fabulous July race meeting at Brands Hatch (although designated the European GP, this was also the British Grand Prix). There is exceptional colour footage from practice and the thrilling race itself, with Jim Clark, John Surtees, Jack Brabham, Dan Gurney and more battling for victory
The release will be accompanied by a PR campaign targeting specialist titles, including Autosport, Classic and Sports Car, Octane and Motorsport, national newspapers and more than 100 other proven media contacts
